Why We Started

Moonrock Online Shop began in 2021. Back then, the LA delivery scene had a real problem. Too many services were sketchy. Fake packaging showed up at people’s doors. Products came with no lab reports. Deliveries ran hours late, and when something went wrong, nobody answered the phone.

We saw customers getting burned over and over. Someone would order what looked like a name-brand cart and get a counterfeit. Someone would buy flower with no idea what was actually in it. There was no accountability anywhere.

So we built the opposite — a cannabis delivery service in Los Angeles where every product is checked before it goes out. Where the brands are real. Where the lab reports are real. And where, if you have a question, a real person answers it.
